Longer Work Hours (25 hrs/week)
From November 3, 2025, international students can work up to 25 hours per week during term time, an increase from the current 20‑hour limit. Full-time hours remain permitted during scheduled breaks.

All tertiary-level exchange and study-abroad students—including those on one-semester programs—will also be eligible to legally work part-time.
